13 posts · Joined 2011. #4 · Feb 28, 2012. hi all, on our -corsa 1.2, 54plate, we have heating problem's, ie; poor heating, i've changed the. thermostat and water-pump so far, all pipe's are very hot, but there's only warm air coming through on fan number's -1 to 2, any higher and it run's cool only, i've taken the o/s kick-board off. It could also be a stuck-open thermostat, sending coolant through the radiator even though the car is not warmed up; or: It could be an air-lock in the coolant hoses somewhere. Either the HBV istelf has failed or the systems controlling it have failed. Most likely, HBV has failed. NAYAa.
